Cream teas in East Sussex

The Rotary Club of Bromley treated three of our residents from Elmwood care home, Bickley, to a special cream tea at the Roe Buck Hotel, East Sussex on Thursday 19th May.

The day was made evermore special by a visit to Wakehurst Place in West Sussex in the morning which one resident descriped as ’absolutely marvellous’. 

On arrival, our party enjoyed a refreshing cup of tea and a slice of cake before promenading around the beautiful gardens, stopping to take in all of the wonderful scenery and enjoying the lovely flowers and plants, wildlife and cascading waters and ponds.

All of our residents had a fantastic day - thank you to our friends at the Rotary Club of Bromley for their continued support of Elmwood and Mission Care.
