Strawberry tea party at Greenhill

The Friends of Greenhill hosted their annual strawberry tea party for residents at the home on Wednesday 6th July.

The event started at 2.30pm and our residents, who were joined by eight relatives and friends enjoyed a huge range of delicious cakes and strawberry scones with lashings of cream and jam provided by the friends.

Entertainment was provided by Jenny, a classically trained opera singer, who provided a soothing and relaxed soundtrack to the afternoon’s festivities.  Jenny performed a number of songs from popular musicals and some operatic pieces.

Everyone had a wonderful afternoon and commented on how talented Jenny was.
