Our Care Team at Homefield, Bickley

Registered Manager,Nkwachi Ukaegbu and Barbara Gudza, Homefield’s Deputy Manager, manage Homefield nursing home’s team of health care assistants and registered nurses. Our activities coordinator also plays an important role in our care team and the business support team will handle all administrative matters related to our residents’ care at Homefield care home with nursing.

We recognise our staff as our most important asset and all of your care team will complete an enhanced CRB disclosure prior to starting work at Homefield care home with nursing and a thorough and comprehensive induction and training programme, with ongoing personal development throughout their career with Mission Care.

We work with outside specialists and other groups, who all play a role in the care provided at Homefield, to offer services that include dentistry, chiropody and optometry, pastoral support, advocacy services and other rehabilitative therapies.
