Mission Care is a Christian charity with a longstanding tradition of serving people affected by poor health and poverty. At the heart of Mission Care is the desire to show the love of Jesus by bringing practical change to vulnerable and marginalised people within our communities.
As a Christian charity, our work is motivated by the words we read in the Bible, in James 1:27: "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress." Our staff team both in the UK and internationally are committed to the values of dignity and respect for those in our care and Mission Care strives to ensure that all of our care provision is of the highest possible standard.
Our residential nursing homes can be found across South East London. These include Elmwood and Homefield in Bickley, Greenhill in Bromley, Willett House in Chislehurst, Love Walk in Denmark Hill and Morton House in Lewisham.
Whether you are facing the difficult decision of choosing a residential care home for a loved one, seeking to find out more about our work in the developing world (particualrly in Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria), or exploring how you could become involved in the Mission, we hope that you find your visit to the Mission Care website useful. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything that we can do for you.
