Children at the Living God Orphanage, Suryapet, are settling in to their new temporary rented accommodation in the town.
The owner of the original site, which was badly affected by recent flooding in the area, did not renew the orphanage's tenancy because of pressing development offers.
The children will live in their temporary accommodation, which includes a large, shaded yard until the new permanent orphanage is completed.
Mission Care has recently approved a five year match funding agreement to support the constuction of a new, purpose-built orphanage on land belonging to the Living God Baptist Church, just outside of Suryapet.
Building works for phase 1 of the project began in early January and once completed will provide a permanent and stable home for over one hundred children with purpose-built living, cooking and dining spaces.
