Love Walk visit Walworth Garden Farm

A party of Love Walk’s keenest horticulturalists visited Walworth Garden Farm on Saturday 21st May to attend a special urban gardening workshop, led by Scarlett Cannon, one of the centre’s teacher. 

The session which one resident described as ’rather scientific’ included lots of information about growing a variety of vegetables which will no doubt be of use as residents tend to their growing vegetable crops at Love Walk.

The Walworth Garden Farm was established in 1987 and serves to provide environmental education, training in horticulture and garden maintenance services.
