Love Walk visit Imperial War Museum

Love Walk revisited the history of black soldiers when they took a trip to the Imperial War Museum to mark Black History Month on Saturday 8^th October.

Residents thoroughly enjoyed the audio visual presentation on “For King and Country” which highlighted the pilots in the British armed forces, and were all very fascinated by the handling of objects such as war helmets from the First World War, and were even allowed to try them on!

The afternoon was proved to be interesting and engaging for all!
