The annual Morton House barbeque took place on Sunday, 4th July.Current residents and staff were joined by previous intermediate care residents, who have since moved back into the community and their relatives, friends and colleagues.
The sun shone throughout the day all of our guests and residents were able to enjoy a relaxed afternoon at our family event.
A wonderful variety of barbequed treats were on offer, to suit every taste, including lamb and vegetable kebabs, sausages and plenty of vegetarian options, with salads and lots of cakes, gateaux and strawberries and cream for dessert.
All attendees paid a £3.50 entry charge, which contributed towards the cost of the barbeque. All profits will be directed towards the activities provision at Morton House.
