New staff welcomed to Mission Care

Eight new members of staff were welcomed to Mission Care on Tuesday 10th August at the most recent Mission Care Welcome Day.
The event is an integral part of Mission Care's staff induction programme and attended by all of our colleagues across all functions. The day's content includes a thorough introduction to the organisation, including the charity's inspiring history, international projects, current activities and the ethos and values that drive our work.
After a break for lunch, staff received information about relevant HR processes and a thorough introduction to Clinical practice and policy at Mission Care, which was delivered by Steph Storer, Clinical Practice Director and Ruth Rondozai, Registered Manager at Elmwood nursing home.
