Development programme for Deputy Managers

A two-day, bespoke leadership and management programme was delivered to our six care homes' newly appointed Deputy Managers at Mission Care's Support Centre in Bromley on the 25th and 26th January.

This training, delivered by Andy James, forms part of an extended development programme that has been created to support and progress our Deputy Managers who were appointed to the newly created roles in September 2010.
