The residents and staff of Morton House care home were joined by over forty guests at their special Service of Thanksgiving, held on Saturday 19th February. The service was held to mark the 20th birthday of the home, which first opened on the 19th February, 1991.
All of the guests shared a wonderful afternoon together. Pastor Joshua of the Spirit and Life Bible Church led a Service of Thanksgiving with readings from our residents and colleagues before we shared a delicious birthday cake, prepared by Pride Catering, and cut by one of our residents.
It was a delight to be joined by so many old friends, previous employees and the relatives and friends of our current residents as we celebrated this very special anniversary.
Please join us on Thursday 24th February at our birthday celebration at the home from 4pm until 6pm.
