The Resident Survey 2010 is available to view online
here and in all of our homes.
Completed throughout December 2010 and January 2011, more than 100 residents took part in the survey which is designed to establish our residents' experiences and assessments of the care and service provided by Mission Care.
Significant improvement was noticed in all areas when findings from the survey are compared with last year's results. 86% of all residents considered the care that they receive in our homes to be either 'good' or 'very good', where only 63% of those surveyed considered this to be the case last year.
A number of key implications and findings were established with recommendations for improvement over the course of the next year.
