Fundraising concert a success

Close to 200 residents, relatives, friends, supporters and staff joined together for an amazing evening with the American Festival Choir at Mission Care’s charity concert on Sunday 5th June.
Performing at the Royal College of Music, the choir performed a selection of powerful and affecting choral hymns and songs, including ’Great is Thy Faithfulness’ as part of the London Praise Festival.
The special evening was a fantastic way of bringing the residents, supporters and friends of Mission Care together. One relative said ’thank you to Mission Care for giving my Mum a social life. She had a fantastic, fantastic evening, especially because she was able to share tonight with her family’.
Thank you to all of our supporters and volunteers who helped to make the evening such a success, to UK Travel Designers for arranging the concert and to the American Festival Choir for their magnificent performance.
