Greenhill BBQ enjoyed by all

On Saturday 23
rd July residents, relatives, supporters and staff of Greenhill, Bromley enjoyed their annual BBQ summer party. The fabulous weather added to the fantastic day in addition to the entertainment and the Jamb’s Owls exhibition. The event raised a grand total of £317.66 to support our activities within the home.
The Jamb’s Owls exhibition went down a treat for our residents where the birds of prey were found to be therapeutic and calming.
Prior to coming to Greenhill, one resident was very passionate about the outdoors but has shown little response to his surroundings since, but for the first time he smiled when he saw the Owls which was a great sight to see for his wife who commented that
‘that was enough to make her day to see him smile’.
A great afternoon was enjoyed by all! Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make the BBQ a great achievement.
