QUIZ SESSIONS DELIGHT ELMWOOD RESIDENTS

13 June 2017

Residents at Elmwood have recently been enjoying quizzes as a regular activity, in groups or on a  one-to-one basis. As well as being lots of fun, the quiz questions take our residents back in time, reminding them of memorable events.

Resident Lestrine commented, “I love quizzes as it keeps my brain active”, while another resident, Jennifer Joy, noted, “I’ve always loved participating in quizzes as it is another opportunity to learn.”

One-to-one quizzes are also proving popular with our residents.  Resident Audrey commented how much she has been enjoying them, especially the quiz about the Holy Bible.

“It’s great to see our residents partaking in activities they like”, commented George Kalsi, Activities Carer. “Family members also join their loved ones in the sessions and everybody enjoys the time together.”
