Mission Care Homes
Mission Care Homes have a rich history of providing care for people with mental, physical and social care needs. Today, we have six homes across South East London, four in the London Borough of Bromley, one in Lewisham and one in Southwark.
Our homes provide residential and nursing care for older people, people with physical disabilities and older people with mental health needs. We also provide intermediate care facilities for older people discharged from hospital to prepare them to return to their own home.
Every Mission Care Home is committed to person-centred care, with the individual needs of our residents at the centre of everything we do. Mission Care seeks to build relationships with relatives to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the standard of care provided. We are always happy to answer any questions that our residents and relatives have and carry out regular surveys to make sure that we are adapting our services to the benefit of those for whom we care.
