Willett House has been accredited as a 'Gold' home at 'commend' level in recognition of the excellent end of life care that is provided to residents in Chislehurst by the
Gold Standards Framework.
The Gold Standards Framework is a national training and quality assurance programme that enables care homes to provide quality care for all residents nearing the end of life.
Mary Daly, Deputy Manager at Willett House explains,
'we've been working towards the Gold Standard Framework for several years and worked very hard as a team to meet the rigorours standards and assessments to achieve this accreditation. I'm delighted that our efforts have been formally recognised and confident that the care that we provide to those residents nearing the end of their lives will continue to be of an ever increasing standard.'
Willett House is the second care home in Bromley to be accredited for the standard of its end of life care and the first of Mission Care's homes to achieve this prestigious recognition.
