Our Care Team at Willett House, Chislehurst

Registered Manager, Kim Baldacchino and Mary Daly, Deputy Manager manage Willett House’s team of nurses and care assistants - they provide a person centred care to all of their residents. Our activities co-ordinator also plays an important role in our care team and the business support team will handle all administrative matters related to our residents’ care at Willett House.

We recognise our staff as our most important asset and all of your care team will complete an enhanced CRB disclosure prior to starting work at Willett House and a thorough and comprehensive induction and training programme, with ongoing personal development throughout their career with Mission Care.

We work with outside specialists and other groups, who all play a role in your care and life at Willett House, to offer services that include dentistry, chiropody and optometry, pastoral support and other therapies.
