A POPULAR ACTIVITY AT LOVE WALK

22 October 2018

One of the most popular activities with residents at Love Walk is a weekly visit to a nearby gym in Camberwell. Located approximately a 10-minute walk from the home, the gym has lots of different equipment, including several machines that can be adapted for wheelchair users which is essential for many of our residents.

Residents understand the benefits of staying as fit and healthy as possible and being able to go to the gym as a group makes their exercise sessions social too. Going to the gym is often an activity that many of our residents have done before coming to Love Walk, so it is wonderful that they can keep exercise as part of their routine.
