A SUNNY VISIT TO WHITSTABLE

05 October 2018

Last month, a small group of Homefield residents and staff made the most of the glorious weather and took a day trip down to sunny Whitstable.

Residents were entertained on the journey down by taking part in a newspaper quiz and, of course, a traditional minibus sing-a-long.

Once on the sea front, residents enjoyed a tasty treat of fish and chips, followed by another tradition of seaside ice cream. Resident Alice commented “you really can’t beat having fish and chips at the beach!”

Everyone agreed it was a great day out, made even better by the lovely sunshine. See you again soon Whitstable!
