GREENHILL ENJOY MORNING EXERCISES

22 March 2018

Residents at Greenhill were recently treated to a visit from music school, Kiddleydivey, who held special exercise classes in the home. The classes included flexibility and stretching, and residents were encouraged to move their hands and feet. One of our residents commented that he really enjoyed the session as it helped to keep him focused.

“We like to encourage our residents to be as active as possible and we are always looking for new and exciting ways to do this”, commented Nneka Amamize, Activity Carer.  “With the use of special props, Kiddleydivey showed the residents some gentle exercises to get their muscles moving whilst having fun at the same time. Everyone is looking forward to our next morning exercise day.”
