ONE-TO-ONE ACTIVITY SESSIONS AT LOVE WALK

22 May 2019

As well as organising a regular programme of group activities at Love Walk, the activities team also ensure residents experience as many one-to-one sessions of their choice too.

Recently, one of our residents wanted to go and eat pie and mash at his favourite Pie & Mash shop, followed by a walk down ‘The Lane’ (East Street Market). This is something he had done almost every weekend throughout his life which brought him great joy.  He was greeted as an old friend when we arrived at Arment’s Pie & Mash shop off the Walworth Road, before we ventured to the market for a spot of shopping.

It was a lovely afternoon, and a pleasure to enable our residents to do something that means so much to them.
