STRINGING FOR BIRDS

06 June 2018

Homefield residents recently enjoyed another hands-on activity session of stringing for birds.

Stringing for birds is always a popular activity at the home and when the weather is nice, it is a great excuse to get out in the garden. Residents threaded breakfast cereals and popcorn onto long pieces of string which were then hung up on the bird house, ready for the birds.

Residents enjoy watching the birds visit the garden to feast on the treats left out for them. No wonder the Homefield garden is so popular!
